Holly Kelly, NP-C, MSN, RN, BSN, is a board-certified dermatology nurse practitioner seeing patients at Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center's Elkhart and Plymouth, Indiana locations. With more than 15 years of experience in dermatology, Holly is dedicated to compassionate, holistic skin care that's tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
Holly partners with her patients to build personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that promote healthy skin, restore confidence, and deliver lasting results. Her clinical interests include acne treatment, hair loss management, and skin cancer screening and prevention, and she is passionate about educating patients so they feel confident making informed decisions about their skin health. Outside the Office When she's not caring for patients, Holly enjoys traveling with her husband, best friend, and family. She's a firm believer in the power of a self-care day and loves spending time at home reading, gardening, and relaxing with her cats.
