Acne Treatment

Basal Cell Carcinoma

Basal cell carcinoma is the most common form of skin cancer. When detected early, most basal cell carcinomas can be treated and cured and are not considered life-threatening.

Dandruff

Dandruff is typically a result of too much oil on your scalp and an overgrowth of yeast called Malassezia. Persistent cases can require prescription shampoo or medication.

Squamous Cell Carcinoma

A common skin cancer that begins when UV light from the sun damages the skin and causes a cancerous tumor. We test all suspicious spots and offer the latest treatments.

About Your Provider

Sarah Kosinski is a board-certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants specializing in Dermatology. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Butler University.

Some of Sarah's favorite aspects of dermatology is the opportunity to provide a patient with visible results and assist in treating both the physical and emotional aspects of their diagnosis. Her specific areas of interest include acne, actinic keratosis, basal cell carcinoma, dandruff, eczema, melanoma, rosacea, skin cancer and squamous cell carcinoma.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys riding horses, camping and spending time with her family and friends.
